About the Role

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI systems and multi-step LLM workflows. You will focus on creating agentic solutions that can act intelligently, make decisions, and execute complex tasks with minimal supervision. The role involves designing architecture, developing integrations, and driving LLMOps practices to deploy production-ready AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain agentic AI systems capable of performing multi-step reasoning and autonomous actions.
  • Design LLM-powered workflows, orchestration pipelines, and decision-making agents using frameworks such as ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive LLMOps best practices, including monitoring, scaling, model updates, and embedding management.
  • Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams to design agentic workflows that solve complex business problems.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to improve agent performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Establish guidelines for ethical, safe, and explainable agentic AI behavior.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or related fields, with experience in production-scale AI/ML systems.
  • Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM/Generative AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API).
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using ADK or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embedding stores (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Strong foundation in distributed systems, backend integrations, and scalable pipelines.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals: system design, APIs, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of complex AI projects.
