About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Engineer who can design and build elegant, intuitive interfaces that power our enterprise AI products. You’ll own the end-to-end user experience — from Figma concepts to production-ready frontend — ensuring our AI workflows feel seamless, responsive, and human-centered. This role blends product design with frontend engineering to create interfaces that make complex AI systems simple for non-technical enterprise users.

Responsibilities

Design polished, responsive interfaces in Figma for our AI workflows, dashboards, and agent-driven products.
Implement those designs using modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) with attention to usability, performance, and consistency.
Shape the UX patterns and visual foundations of Calibrax’s enterprise AI platform.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers and product teams to translate complex AI behavior into accessible, intuitive user journeys.
Run quick design iterations — wireframes, prototypes, usability tests — to refine workflows.
Maintain and evolve a modular UI design system that scales across multiple products.
Ensure accessibility, clarity, and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
Contribute to product decisions with user-centric thinking, simplifying interactions with agentic and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, frontend engineering, or a hybrid product/design role.
Strong Figma skills — components, auto-layouts, responsive design, prototyping.
Solid experience with React (or similar), TypeScript, CSS frameworks, and building production-ready interfaces.
A portfolio showing clean visual design and well-reasoned UX decisions.
Ability to translate abstract AI workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Care for usability, information hierarchy, and clarity, especially for non-technical enterprise users.
Comfort owning features end-to-end, from design to implementation.
Experience building or contributing to a UI design system.
Familiarity with data-rich interfaces, dashboards, or workflow-heavy enterprise products.
Understanding of LLM-powered products or agent-driven user experiences.
