About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer who can independently develop, deploy, and maintain AI models and pipelines. You will design features, train models, and integrate them into production systems, contributing directly to real-world AI solutions. The role requires curiosity, initiative, and a drive to solve problems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and efficiency.
  • Integrate ML models into production systems, designing APIs and workflows for scalable and reliable performance.
  • Optimize model performance, deployment speed, and system reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Explore and adopt new ML frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to improve solutions.

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields (projects and internships count).
  • Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of data processing, model training, evaluation metrics, and feature engineering.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, or production deployment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
