Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration, design, and execution of data-driven solutions to solve business-critical problems.
- Develop and refine machine learning models, statistical analyses, and experimental frameworks to drive strategic decisions.
- Craft compelling data narratives that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to align AI solutions with real-world impact.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and ethical considerations in all AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
