About the Role

Bridge the worlds of strategy, delivery, and AI engineering. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to design and implement enterprise AI solutions that drive material ROI for enterprises We are looking for someone who is motivated by building great AI solutions, working closely with clients on their most challenging problems, and can lead a team to deliver outstanding value.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects — from scoping and solutioning to execution and scaling.
Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
Manage 2–4 project squads, coordinating across data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders.
Own client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
Coach and develop Delivery Analysts and junior team members to build Calibrax’s delivery muscle.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or digital delivery roles. Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong project and stakeholder management experience, delivering material impact and outcomes.
Bring together people and technology resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to simplify complexity. Int
erest in AI/ML applications and eagerness to work with technical teams.
Motivated to work in a high-paced, performance-driven startup environment.
